Auckland Skin & Cancer Foundation has been established as a centre of excellence for comprehensive skin care management. Our specialist medical and nursing team at the Foundation bring together expertise in dermatology, dermatological surgery, Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology, to ensure the optimal management of skin conditions and skin cancer.
From the time of booking your first visit, through assessment, diagnosis and treatment, our highly experienced and caring team strive to provide you with the best outcomes and personalised service.
Our specialist dermatologists:
Dr Fergus Oliver is a specialist in the management of complex skin conditions, skin surgery, Mohs micrographic surgery, laser surgery and dermatopathology.
Dr Denesh Patel specialises in all aspects of skin cancer management including surgery, Mohs micrographic surgery, childhood skin conditions, pigmentation and sun sensitivity disorders.
Appointments also at Pukekohe Family Healthcare, Pukekohe - fortnightly Thursdays.
Dr Todd Gunson is a specialist dermatologist and Mohs surgeon, he specialises in the assessment and treatment of skin cancer and all skin conditions, and has additional specialised training in Mohs micrographic surgery, and general skin and laser surgery.
Appointments also at East Care Specialist Centre, Howick - Mondays.
Dr Chin-Yun Lin is a specialist dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. His specialty interests include skin cancer, melanoma, dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, pigmentary disorders, laser and cosmetic dermatology. Consultations are available in fluent English and Chinese.

Dr Bob CY Chan is a consultant dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon. He has broad interest in all areas of dermatology, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, immunobullous diseases, photosensitivity disorders, and skin cancer.
Dr Marc Lawrence is a consultant Dermatologist, Mohs Surgeon and laser specialist. He is passionate about providing expert patient-centred care while optimising surgical and laser techniques.
