Our independent living support is specifically focused on empowering people to their lives of choice – lives like any other – in the community, and our person-focused, person-directed Business Enterprises programme aims to support people towards their employment goals.

Most of our services are accessed via NASC agencies.
The Auckland regional NASC is Taikura Trust.
In the Waikato, it's Disability Support Link and in the Bay of Plenty it's Support Net.

We believe in providing person-centred services and support options that focus on individual needs.

All our services support people to identify their personal goals and aspirations. These are developed into a personalised and achievable Outcomes plan, which supports people to achieve their immediate and lifelong goals.

We support the principles of the New Zealand Disability Strategy and place great emphasis on the worth of the individual, personal growth and the provision of holistic support for people with disabilities.

Open, two-way communication and the development of community partnerships are integral to our philosophy.

Our aim is to ensure people have choice, control and flexibility in the supports they receive and have the opportunity to co-create their own support options. We also offer a navigator service 0508 NAVIG8 aimed at helping families new to disability support.
