We will meet with you for a no obligation consultation to assess your situation. This assessment is so both parties understand your individual needs and requirements. After the meeting, your senior move manager will construct a quote and develop a management plan.
When the management plan is approved, your senior move managers will engage relevant service providers to begin your moving process. This can include liaising with aged care facilities, moving services, and real estate agents.
When you're moving to a new home, a senior move manager will use a simple floor plan of your new residence to determine what furniture will fit where. The senior move manager and you can then sort through furniture and other belongings and decide how to allocate the remaining items.
Next, the packing begins. All boxes are labelled so items can be put exactly where they need to be in the new home according to the your tailored floor plan.
On moving day the senior move manager supervises to make sure the move is as efficient as possible.
Once everything is moved, the unpacking begins. Your senior move manager will organise your new house as per the floor plan, ready for you to move in.
If the old home is to be sold, the senior move manager can liaise with the real estate agent and manage any other services such as cleaners, builders and gardeners required to get the house on the market.
