Our experienced allied health team can support your patient through their rehabilitation journey to recovery. We are nationwide and able to support patients in their community or at one of our many clinics.

G.P.s can refer directly into our services for:
 
Physiotherapy

  • Patient can access one of our may clinics to have Physiotherapy support for their injury to enable quick recovery and return to normal activities.

Vocational Rehabilitation (stay at work service)

  • Patients receive a fully funded programme individually tailored to support them with a return to work following an injury, co-ordinating with the employer and patient for a collaborative approach.

Concussion

  • Patients receive a fully funded programme to support them to recover from symptoms from a concussion.

Pain Management

  • Patients receive a fully funded comprehensive triage assessment to make appropriate recommendations for onwards care, included an ongoing pain management programme.

Integrated Care Pathways for Musculoskeletal injuries (ICP-MSK)

  • Patients receive a fully funded musculoskeletal programme that works in a collaborative inter-disciplinary way, to ensure fast access to treatment for patients significant back, knee or shoulder injuries.

 
We also support people through ACC services including

  • Training for Independence
  • Social rehabilitation assessments
  • Psychology
  • Sensitive claims
  • Vocational Rehabilitation (Back to work)
  • Living my Life
  • Nursing services

Following referral we request approval from ACC to support the patient through these services.
