Solora delivers ACC Home & Community Support and ACC Sensitive Claims
Our Staff
Services are coordinated by Solora's experienced team of nurses and service coordinators. While care is provided by qualified and experienced support workers, nurses and allied health personnel through our highly experienced and natonal network of partners.
Home and Community Support:
Solora delivers integrated Home and Community Support Services for ACC across New Zealand. We work with a network of registered homecare providers who have been providing high-quality care at home for many years. If you have had an accident or injury and ACC has decided you are eligible to receive homecare, then well provide that care through our provider network.
Sensitive Claims:
Soloras sensitive claims services support people who have experienced sexual violence. Our team of trained and highly-skilled health professionals work with you and your family and whānau to access support that is right for you. We connect you to our national network of ACC approved sensitive claims therapists, who will provide you with safe and confidential support.

How do I access this service?
ACC Home & Community Support: A medical professional can send a letter of recommendation to ACC on behalf of client to access service.
ACC Sensitive Claims: Referrals can be made by a medical professional such as a family doctor, nurse, hospital staff, or ACC case owner.

24 hours 7 days a week
Main Office hours from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm outside of this time calls will be taken by our After Hours Service.

Free government funded for end user.
