Nitasha is an independent Audiology provider and is a full member of the NZ Audiological Society.

Nitasha is also employed by Health New Zealand (Counties Manukau) as a Senior Audiologist/ Advanced Audiology Practitioner where she works with both Adult and Paediatric patients. In her role as an Advanced Audiology Practitioner Nitasha works with children who have frequent middle ear infections and she discusses the best pathway forward to helping resolve these issues. 

Nitasha is able to provide hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings for newborns through to seniors as credentialed by New Zealand Audiological Society.

ACC and Southern Cross Easy Claim is available.
Southern Cross Affiliated provider and also ACC Occupational Noise Induced Hearing Loss provider.

  • Hearing tests for adults (including pre-employment, ACC and War Pensions)
  • Middle ear tests for children 6 months and older to check for Otitis Media with Effusion
  • Wax removal for adults and children. (4 years and older)
  • Visual Reinforcement Audiometry testing (puppet in the box) and Play Audiometry testing for babies, toddlers and preschoolers (6 months and older)
  • Diagnostic Audiometry testing for school aged children 
  • Hearing aid fittings for Adults and Children.  Ministry of Health subsidies and full funding for hearing aids can be accessed if you meet criteria. ACC, War Pensions and Southern Cross Easy-Claim are also available.
  • Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) testing for children 
  • Custom Earplugs, In-Ear Monitors, Swimming Plugs,, Sleep Plugs
