about Dr Jen-Li Looi

Jen-Li Looi graduated from Auckland Medical School, and trained as a cardiologist at Green Lane Cardiovascular Service, Auckland City Hospital. After finishing her training in cardiology in Auckland, she completed a fellowship in non- invasive cardiac imaging at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong and at the Alfred Hospital, Melbourne, Australia.

Jen-Li currently works as a clinical cardiologist with a special interest in non-invasive imaging at Middlemore Hospital. Her subspecialty expertise includes cardiovascular computed tomography (CT), CT coronary angiography, cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and echocardiography. She consults on all areas of adult cardiology and her areas of particular interest and expertise include stress cardiomyopathy and three-
dimensional echocardiography.

In addition, Jen-Li is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese and she is passionate about health promotion in the Chinese community.
