Prof Michael Williams

Michael Wiiliams specialises in Chest Pain, Cardiovascular Risk Assessment, and Diagnostic Cardiology.

He performs angioplasty and stent implantation at the Mercy Heart Centre where he is affiliated provider to Southern Cross.

Southern Heart Cardiovascular Diagnostics offers a full range of cardiovascular investigations including exercise ECG and echocardiography stress testing, Holder monitoring, event monitoring, 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and echocardiography.

His clinical and research interests include interventional cardiology and cardiovascular risk.

He also provides Consultant Services to the Otago and Southland region holding clinics in Invercargill, Gore and Central Otago one day a month.
