About Elizabeth Dennett
Dr Dennett trained in general surgery in Invercargill, Dunedin and Auckland. After completing her general surgery training she undertook post-fellowship training in colorectal surgery with the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand in Melbourne and Sydney.
She is a fellow of both the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.

Benign and malignant diseases of the colon & rectum, anal conditions including pelvic floor disorders, colonoscopy, endoanal ultrasound
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy with an intraoperative cholangiogram, Open or laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia, Open repair of umbilical hernia.
MBChB, MMedSci, MApplMgt, FRACS, FASCRS (Int), AFACHSM
Trained in General Surgery in New Zealand, completing this in 2000. Then undertook accredited post-fellowship training in colorectal surgery as a CSSA trainee in Australia, completing this in 2003.
