New Zealand Relay services are for people who are Deaf, hearing impaired, Deafblind, speech impaired and hearing individuals who want to communicate with their family members, friends and business customers.
We provide a variety of relay calling services which support people to communicate independently and with confidence.

NZ Relay Help Desk services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We have a range of services available to meet communication needs of all parties.
Our services can be used to communicate via web browser, Android or iPhone, text, video or CapTel phone or WebCapTel captioned calls. Our traditional services operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Our more specialised services have generous hours of operation on both weekdays and weekends. We are pleased to say that there is no call surcharge for relay assistance. Local and national landline calls are also free of charge.
