about Nutrition for Women

Jo Paggi is a NZ Registered Dietitian at Nutrition for Women. From pre-conception, pregnancy & through to menopause, she specialises in nutrition for women in every stage of life.

Jo has over 10 years of dietetic experience in NZ and Australia in both the public and private sectors. She has worked in many different areas of Dietetic practice such as cancer care, diabetes and gastroenterology (gut nutrition). For several years, Jo has specialised in womens health nutrition and has found a passion for working in this area. She can help you to improve your health, manage your symptoms and meet your health goals through the power of nutrition.

All appointments are delivered online through a secure platform, allowing you greater flexibility. Day time and evening appointments are also available.
