The New Zealand Eating Disorders Clinic (NZEDC) is recognised as a leading provider for specialist outpatient eating disorder treatment in New Zealand.
We are a group of highly skilled and experienced clinicians committed to providing high quality personalised care.
NZEDC provides specialist evidence based treatment for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder in both adults and adolescents. We also offer treatment for less severe forms of disordered eating, including compulsive eating, and body image concerns.
NZEDC is the only private provider in New Zealand offering Family Based Treatment (FBT) by certified FBT therapists.
We recognise the importance of having a comprehensive multidisciplinary treatment team. As well as specialist therapeutic treatment we offer specialist medical/psychiatric and nutritional consultations as part of treatment as required.
