ACC approved strength and balance excercises at most centres.
Locations throughout the North Shore and Hibiscus Coast on various mornings of the week

Transport can be arranged for a nominal donation

North Shore CMA offers Total Mobility assessments for a fee for members of the public.

Donation of $10 per morning. $25 membership fee per annum and transport arranged for a small donation.
