about Avondale Family Health Centre

Welcome to Avondale Family Health Centre

Our aim is to provide health care of the highest quality to all our patients. We are an accessible centre, open 7 days a week with both male and female doctors.

We have both a walk-in clinic (no appointment necessary) and we can offer appointments during weekdays. You can request to see the same doctor at each visit (if on duty) or whichever doctor is available first. Check with the receptionist if you have a preference to see who is on duty or when a particular doctor is working next.

We have 3 full-time nurses who work weekdays and Saturday mornings. They are experienced and trained to do all nursing duties within general practice.
