  • 14 - 17  $28.00       

  • 18 - 24  $43.00

  • 25 - 64  $43.50

  • 65+    $42.50

Enrolled Community Service card holders: 14-17 years $13.50 - Over 18 years $19.50
Fees may vary depending on the service provided - medicals, certificates, reports, procedures, minor surgery, materials and extended consultations such as where multiple problems are discussed will incur additional charges.
Note: Free under 14 years fees applies to ENROLLED patients only for a standard consultation during normal surgery hours: i.e. not on weekends, double appointments or for procedures.
Non enrolled patients (casual or non NZ residents):   $71.00 (less any GMS subsidy if available)
Nurse Consultations: $25.00
ACC Surcharge:  $38.50
Prescriptions: $17.00
Saturdays: $12.00 extra added to usual fees
