about Dr Samrata Anand

Samrata, or Sam as her patients know her, is an experienced general practitioner known for her attention to detail and precision.

She started her medical career in Australia where she worked in leading hospitals and developed an interest in skin. When family ties brought her back to New Zealand, she completed her Certificate of Dermoscopy and subsequently Advanced Clinical Certificate of Dermoscopy to further this interest. To compliment this she completed her Diploma in Cosmetic Medicine with the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine.

Sam has completed advanced training in both cosmetic medicine and skin cancer. Sam attends cosmetic and skin cancer conferences and training on a regular basis to stay up to date with the latest trends and treatments.
