Gynaecology
Dr McInnes specialises in the management of a wide range of gynaecological conditions, including heavy menstrual bleeding, fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, & vulval disorders, as well as prolapse care with pessary fitting & contraceptive management.
Surgery
Surgeries include hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, laparoscopy, treatment of endometriosis, laparoscopic hysterectomy & myomectomy
Colposcopy
Cervical screening, colposcopy & management of dysplasia including LLETZ or cone procedures. Colposcopy & Pessary fitting currently only offered at Rodney Surgical Centre.
