Services
We are approved by ACC to provide assessments, treatment, and group programmes for people who have a sensitive claim.
Our team includes; Counsellors, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Social Workers, Equine and Art Therapists that are skilled in areas of mental health, addictions, and sexual abuse.
Private Counselling Services:
Most of our team members have their own private practice and can offer private therapy sessions.

Cultural Advisors:
We have cultural advisors for the Māori community, LGBTQI+, and the Asian community

Group Therapy:
We provide Group Therapy services which includes Skills Groups and Psychotherapy Groups

Family Court/Relationship Counselling:
Skilled, experienced and well-trained relationship Counsellors and Psychologists approved by the Ministry of Justice to provide counselling in Family Courts.

Psychology/Assessment:
Qualified and experienced registered Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Counsellors providing assessment. We are also able to provide psychiatric assessments when required.

Clinical Supervision:
It is a special type of professional support that develops and enhances the practice of the professional, to keep themselves and their clients safe.

Training & Consulting:
We provide education and training programmes for teams and individuals. We also provide consultation to professionals in relation to a wide range of topics.
