about Cone Radiology

Cone Radiology introduces the only NewTom VGI-Evo Cone Beam CT to New Zealand.
Offering lower radiation scans for: ENT, TMJ, Orthodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial, and Upper Neck and Upper Extremity.

We specialise in scans for sinuses, temporal bones, upper airway, dental and maxillofacial areas as well as the upper extremities and upper neck scans.

The Cone Beam CT captures a series of 360 images in a singe 18 second scan.
From this, 3D images, including primary reconstruction images in multiple planes, are produced. These high quality images assist Specialists to form an accurate diagnosis and management plan for their patients.
