Red and Orange Framework
If you already have a booking, please come in for your examination as arranged. We will contact you if we need to change the booking.
If you do not have a booking, please contact us to arrange one.
We are accepting walk-in requests for X-Ray patients
At TRG Imaging we will be following safety protocols in all of our clinics until further notice.
Entry to clinics
Everyone must scan the COVID QR code or sign in on the paper register. We encourage you to use the NZ COVID Tracer app and also turn on Bluetooth in the app.
Support people
A maximum of one support person per patient is permitted. That support person must be 14 years of age or older.
Face masks
TRG Imaging requires all patients to wear a face mask upon entry. This policy is aligned with the Government recommendation to wear masks during National Red and Orange levels. TRG will permit patients claiming a medical exemption to enter without a face mask, provided there is written support from their GP or healthcare provider. TRG will not require disclosure of the nature of the specific medical condition. We appreciate your support in protecting our frontline workers.
