Dr Tugnet is a UK-trained specialist, appointed as Consultant Rheumatologist at Auckland Hospital/Te Toka Tumai since 2016 and is the Managing Director of Integrated Rheumatology. Dr Tugnet is also a registered Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist, clinical researcher in Lupus & current Board Member of Arthritis New Zealand.

Dr Tugnet integrates her unique training as both physician & yoga therapist in the management of rheumatic disease & musculoskeletal pain. She is interested in the effects of lifestyle change on musculoskeletal pain & the expanding field of Mind-Body Medicine
