Dr Chris Milne

I offer a referral based service for evaluating sports and other musculoskeletal injuries, plus medical problems relating to physical activity or training.

This includes imaging e.g. x-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI and home scans, which can be arranged in appropriate circumstances.

I provide treatment advice and specific interventions including joint and soft tissue injections, plus referral to orthopaedic and other specialists when necessary.

Over the past three decades I have been Team Doctor for several New Zealand Olympic and Commonwealth Games teams, and was Team Doctor for the Chiefs Super 12 rugby team from 1997 to 2003.

I am an accredited provider for carded athletes via the High Performance Sport New Zealand, and I was Medical Director for Rowing New Zealand from 2003-2020.
