Dr Elizabeth Insull is a New Zealand and UK trained Oculoplastic and Ophthalmic surgeon based at the Eye Institute Hawkes Bay in Royston Hospital. Liz is a Consultant at Hawkes Bay Hospital and is involved in Registrar training both locally and nationally.
