Immigration Medicine
Immigration Medicine is the examination of a patient’s standard of health for their application to immigrate to NZ. An approved doctor or
radiologist
will examine the patient. A medical examination will generally involve an examination by a doctor, urine and
blood tests
and if necessary a
chest x-ray
. Your doctor will advise of any conditions that need referral to a specialist. The medical report is sent through the immigration eMedical system.
