Covid-19 – The team at Axis are back in clinic in Level 2 but will still be conducting the majority of our consultations via Telehealth (telephone or video conference), so patients can stay at home, but continue to receive care from the Axis team. All our specialists are Fellows of the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Medicine (FACSEP).
As with any specialists, Sport and Exercise Physicians can only see patients who have been referred by other health practitioners. Usually this will be your general practitioner, accident and medical centre doctor, or physiotherapist. However, podiatrists, chiropractors, osteopaths, nurse practitioners, and other specialists can also provide referrals.
