Please bring with you:

• Your referral letter for the procedure.
• A list of current medications you are taking.
• Medical insurance prior approval number/letter (if applicable).

Because you will have had sedation, you are not permitted to drive, you will need someone to drive you home and remain available to support you for the rest of the day.

On Arrival:

• Further information regarding the procedure you are having will be made available to you.
• A nurse will obtain health details from you.
