malignant

. Signs and symptoms can include a lump in either
testicle
, pain in the abdomen or groin, pain in the testicles or scrotum, a weighted feeling in the scrotum, a sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum, back pain and an enlargement or tenderness of the breasts. A physical exam, medical history and tests will diagnose testicular cancer. A

can diagnose a tumour. A

is the surgical procedure to remove a testicle for
