About EnlivenPlus Dementia Services

About Us
EnlivenPlus is a specialist dementia service whose purpose is to improve the quality of life and support for those living with dementia to remain independent in their own home for longer.
We believe people living with dementia should not have to struggle alone with this complex condition. With the appropriate support, they can continue to live life to the fullest.
EnlivenPlus provides specially trained, consistent dementia champions who provide a range of unique in-home services tailored to each client's individual needs. Each familys team includes a registered health professional ensuring clients stay one step ahead in the dementia journey. This reduces crises and provides the support that enables those living with dementia to be in control living purposeful, fulfilling and connected lives.
Services are primarily for the person with dementia and primary carer, but frequently include the wider family/whanau.
We believe in acknowledging the dementia, but by understanding the person behind the dementia, we support them to not be defined by the diagnosis. Through understanding their goals, aspirations and any fears, we can support them to live their best life with dementia.
